Parking fees will be charged to the room or must be pre paid. Parking within the getting ready space is required, Also required for the second artist

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION PROCESS

  • After booking, our team will contact you to confirm your information, provide service pricing, and inform you of any additional fees (if applicable).
  • Depending on your appointment time, a deposit may be required within a specified timeframe.
  • We will provide bank transfer details for you to secure your appointment with a deposit.
  • Once the transfer is completed, please send us a screenshot or payment receipt for confirmation.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours after the deposit has been successfully confirmed, a 100% deposit refund will be issued.
  • If you cancel your appointment after 48 hours (from the time the deposit is confirmed), the deposit will be non-refundable.
  • For last-minute bookings (appointments scheduled within 48 hours), the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you are running late, please inform us in advance.
  • If you are more than 45 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and the deposit will not be refunded to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.
